These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at getovi.in and the Ovi desktop application (together, the "Service") provided by KodingKorp (Shivam Mathur, "we"). By accessing the website or installing Ovi, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Ovi application is also subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms regarding the application itself.
1. The Service
The website provides information about Ovi and direct downloads of the application. Ovi is a desktop reader for markdown documents and folders. We provide it as-is, free of charge, to anyone with a compatible operating system.
2. Your responsibilities
- You will not use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
- You will not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or impersonate another person.
- You are responsible for the files you choose to open with Ovi and for any consequences of opening them.
3. No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
4. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KODINGKORP AND ITS PROPRIETOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

Ovi may render documents that contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those sites.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Effective" date. Your continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive venue in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
